Operating safely during Covid-19
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic Broady Flow Control has continued to operate putting the safety of our staff, customers, suppliers and third-party inspectors first.
Our social distancing and enhanced hygiene measures remain firmly in place and we can now offer video witnessing and, in some cases, live streaming of valve testing.
All administration functions have been successfully operating remotely, in line with government requirements, and as staff start to return to office working we are committed to doing so safely and with staff welfare at the heart of our plans.
In spite of the challenging conditions, we have continued our business development activities, including 5S, throughout the organisation to ensure that we remain as efficient as possible whilst continually improving our service to customers.
Our Fast-Track service is now being widely used for standard valves and we are often able to exceed customer’s expectations on these short deliveries, especially when an urgent demand presents itself.
